Denise has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 2005, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience and a well-rounded background to every client relationship. She began her career on the marketing side of a real estate company while simultaneously pursuing her degree in Criminal Justice. During this time, her strong organizational skills and leadership abilities led her to evolve into the role of office manager for a busy real estate office.
As her responsibilities grew, Denise also managed the company’s sister business, 123 Short Sales, where she played a critical role in navigating complex short sale negotiations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2012, and due to licensing requirements tied to short sale negotiations, she obtained her real estate license that same year. What began as a professional necessity quickly turned into a true passion.
Once licensed, Denise discovered how fulfilling it was to guide clients through some of life’s most important decisions. She is especially committed to helping individuals and families overcome challenges, build wealth, and achieve their real estate goals with confidence. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and strong advocacy make her a trusted advisor throughout every stage of the process.
